In April, 2004, I found this buggy in the back yard of a house on the street going to our shop. I wanted it as a project to give me something to do and keep me busy. (Retired) I could never find the owner at home but I kept trying. On June 15th,  I spotted the owner working in his front yard as Deb and I drove by. We stopped and asked about the buggy and that afternoon, towed it to our shop. And so began our second rebuild.
