In 2001, my daughter had a Dodge Van with a blown engine. She traded the Van to a friend of hers for this Dune Buggy and gave it to me as a Birthday present. She knew I wanted one as some of my friends in church had them. At the time I ran a Hunting and Fishing Guide Service and didn't have time to start a re-build. On Dec. 19, I had a heart attack and had a triple by-pass surgery. I came home from the hospital on Christmas day and on the 27th of Dec, I had to go back and have everything done over due to a coughing spell. I started the Re-build in March of 2002 and was back on the road in May.
